Magizh Thirumeni is a director turned actor. He debuted as a Kollywood director and writer through the film Mundhinam Paartheney (2010) where Sanjay and Ekta Khosla played the lead. As a dubbing artist, he successfully completed his first Kollywood project Imaikkaa Nodigal. In 2019, he also got an opportunity to debut as an actor in the film Teddy directed by Shakti Soundar Rajan. He worked in movies like Thadaiyara Thaakka, Meaghamann, Thadam, and more. His movie Kalaga Thalaivan received critical acclaim. As per reports, Magizh replaced Vignesh Shivan as director for Ajith 62.
